What a week! First the X-Play and DataBlitz issue. Now, IU and Super Junior’s Eunhyuk selca together. And months ago, it was the T-ara issue.
You know what the common denominator in all of these 2012 “scandals”? It’s the Fans’ Truth vs. the Official Truth. Or more exactly, the mob mentality vs. the sane people.
Mob mentality = fans’ truth = they’ve already judged you as “evil”, “bad”, “bully”, “guilty”, you name it. They will never hear anything from the sane people, the real truth.
It’s “anything you say that doesn’t fit the mobs’ version of the truth is nothing but a lame attempt in covering up your evil deeds – we are not dumb!” They act as if they’re omnipresent and omniscient. That they see everything and know everything, so they can judge you already and their judgement is the true version of things.
Guess what? You are not. All you have were assumptions, fueled by the mob. If you are as intelligent as you make yourself appear and yet you join the mob, then I’m glad I’m a dumb person for not joining the judgmental camp.
What a year, I’ll remember 2012 as such. The year when the Fruths (fan truth) ruled.
